First time clients please download the intake form at the bottom of the page and bring it with you to your appointment.

Covid: If you have recently been exposed to Covid, or have any cold/Covid symptoms like

fever, headache or an up-set stomach please reschedule.

To protect my clients I wear a mask during the session and run a HEPA filter. Depending on the

regulations at the time I may require a same day self-test and/or masks.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel with less the 48 hour notice I expect to be paid in full.
