When you register for an on-line workshop you will be provided with a Zoom link, the password and a set up guide.
TRE is a simple, gentle and profound technique that facilitates the lengthening and relaxation of the psoas muscle and the release of physical and emotional tension and stress.
The TRE exercises are designed to mildly tire the legs, triggering an involuntary shaking and trembling response, which begins in the legs and often spreads throughout the body. This is the nervous system's natural way of discharging long-held tension and unconscious body contraction caused by everyday stress and traumatic life experiences.
TRE was developed by Dr. David Berceli, a sociologist and bio-energetic therapist, who used TRE successfully worldwide, working with soldiers, firefighters, police officers and survivors of war, natural disasters and other traumatic circumstances to help alleviate the many symptoms of post-traumatic stress.

TRE workshops are suitable for all ages and fitness levels, as the exercises are simple and can be modified as needed to accommodate your body's ability.
During the workshop you will learn the exercises leading to the tremor response, the theory behind the practice, and how to integrate TRE into your live.
I offer TRE workshops both in person and online.
While both formats have their advantages and disadvantages I highly recommend the in-person workshop as I believe that being in person in a group field adds a level of holding that is supportive to our nervous system. Having said that, if you have concerns about Covid then learning online may be the right choice for you. If you experienced some kind of trauma I wold recommend booking a private session so that I can provide you with more personal attention and support as your body releases the experience.
