Service Description

Open to any pair, couples, friends or family! Join me to learn about connecting through touch and the practice of embodied presence. Sharing this non verbal communication skill can greatly enhance your relationship. As a seasoned practitioner and teacher of Esalen Massage at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur and internationally I will lead you both through a hands on coaching tutorial and show you ways in which to nurture your partner / friend through fundamental massage techniques that you can perform at home with or without a massage table. We will focus on developing a deeper sensitivity to the power of touch and how this practice helps integrate mind, body, and spirit. Participants will gain a new skill to take back home with them, massage as a tool for facilitating a sense of connection and relaxation . All levels and experience are welcome. This session takes place in my office in San Rafael.
